Custom systems · scope agreed upfront

The work behind your team, made reliable.

We scope, build and document automation systems for operations teams. You own the workflow, infrastructure and credentials.

Tell us what is manual → We’ll confirm fit before proposing a build.

// what we automate

Make the manual work disappear.

If a task is repetitive, passed between tools, or quietly costing your team hours, it is worth mapping first.

01 — TIME SAVERS

Stop doing it by hand

Workflows that take over the tasks your team hates — data entry, copy-paste, follow-ups, status updates. They run while you sleep.

  • · Lead intake → CRM enrichment → Slack ping
  • · Invoice reconciliation across systems
  • · Onboarding checklists that run themselves
02 — MONEY MAKERS

Workflows that earn

Quote-to-cash, renewals, lead routing, and pipeline hygiene. Workflows that keep revenue moving when your team is heads-down.

  • · Proposal → e-sign → CRM → onboarding
  • · Renewal alerts with auto-generated briefs
  • · Lead scoring from enrichment + behavior
03 — INTERNAL OPS

Tools for your team

Internal tools and lightweight dashboards on top of your existing data. Built to ship, not to demo.

  • · A single view that pulls from the tools you already use
  • · Simple controls so non-technical teammates can run things
// process

A clear path from manual to running.

Every project has a written scope, fixed quote and agreed timeline. You see the workflow running in your environment before final handover.

D1–3 / discovery

Map the manual

We screen-share, watch you do the thing, and write a one-page spec. You sign off before a single workflow is built.

D4–13 / build

Build, async

We build in a shared staging environment and ping you on Slack when something needs your input. No daily check-ins, no scheduled calls — you only hear from us when there's a real question.

D14 / ship

Hand it over.

Workflow goes live in your environment. We send a short Loom walking through how it works and where to edit it. You own it from day one.

D15+ / bug-fix window

A defined bug-fix window.

Every proposal states the post-launch bug-fix window. If something we built misbehaves during that period, we fix it at no extra cost. Afterward, your team owns it, with the walkthrough and documentation to support them.

// what we do

Useful systems, not busywork in disguise.

Every project begins with the manual task, the people affected and a measurable definition of “working.”

  • · A written workflow map before we build
  • · Clear ownership of each tool and credential
  • · Faster turnaround on manual work
  • · Fewer errors, fewer dropped balls
  • · Better visibility into what's actually happening
  • · A handover your team can actually use
// pricing

Three sizes. One model.

Indicative pricing for focused builds. Your written proposal confirms scope, timeline and support window before kickoff. Payment is 50% at kickoff and 50% at handover.

// common questions

Things buyers ask.

Do I own the workflow?

+

Yes. The workflow runs in your own instance, on your infrastructure, with your credentials. We hand over the workflow definition, the documentation, and the keys. You can hand it to anyone.

What if it breaks after you ship?

+

Every proposal names the post-launch bug-fix window. If something we built breaks during that period, we fix it at no cost. Afterward, your team owns it, with documentation and a walkthrough to support them.

Do you use AI / LLMs in the workflows?

+

Only when you bring the API key. We don't add LLM calls that you pay us for. If AI is the right tool, we'll spec which model, what context, and what the bill will look like before we build.

How does payment work?

+

50% on kickoff and 50% at handover. We invoice in USD or EUR. The exact payment method and any cancellation terms are set out in the proposal before you commit.

What if my scope changes mid-build?

+

We re-scope in writing, agree on the price delta, and keep moving. Most projects don't, but if yours does, you'll know the cost before any extra work happens.
