If a task is repetitive, passed between tools, or quietly costing your team hours, it is worth mapping first.
Workflows that take over the tasks your team hates — data entry, copy-paste, follow-ups, status updates. They run while you sleep.
Quote-to-cash, renewals, lead routing, and pipeline hygiene. Workflows that keep revenue moving when your team is heads-down.
Internal tools and lightweight dashboards on top of your existing data. Built to ship, not to demo.
Every project has a written scope, fixed quote and agreed timeline. You see the workflow running in your environment before final handover.
We screen-share, watch you do the thing, and write a one-page spec. You sign off before a single workflow is built.
We build in a shared staging environment and ping you on Slack when something needs your input. No daily check-ins, no scheduled calls — you only hear from us when there's a real question.
Workflow goes live in your environment. We send a short Loom walking through how it works and where to edit it. You own it from day one.
Every proposal states the post-launch bug-fix window. If something we built misbehaves during that period, we fix it at no extra cost. Afterward, your team owns it, with the walkthrough and documentation to support them.
Every project begins with the manual task, the people affected and a measurable definition of “working.”
Indicative pricing for focused builds. Your written proposal confirms scope, timeline and support window before kickoff. Payment is 50% at kickoff and 50% at handover.
One focused workflow for a clearly defined manual task.
A small set of connected automations that run end-to-end.
The whole operation, on rails.
Yes. The workflow runs in your own instance, on your infrastructure, with your credentials. We hand over the workflow definition, the documentation, and the keys. You can hand it to anyone.
Every proposal names the post-launch bug-fix window. If something we built breaks during that period, we fix it at no cost. Afterward, your team owns it, with documentation and a walkthrough to support them.
Only when you bring the API key. We don't add LLM calls that you pay us for. If AI is the right tool, we'll spec which model, what context, and what the bill will look like before we build.
50% on kickoff and 50% at handover. We invoice in USD or EUR. The exact payment method and any cancellation terms are set out in the proposal before you commit.
We re-scope in writing, agree on the price delta, and keep moving. Most projects don't, but if yours does, you'll know the cost before any extra work happens.
Tell us the workflow that is eating your week, the tools involved and who relies on it. We’ll reply with a clear next step.
